An inventory of what you have and where it lives: digital assets, but also domain names, who owns the registrar account, and an overview of your local network. Then the risks, and a written plan.

A NAS and backups, a folder and metadata structure that will still make sense in ten years, 3-2-1 copies, and a one-page handbook so you can run it yourself.
