Night time is an interesting time to take pictures. The entire world is a still life, colors are different, and of course, you're all alone. These images are exploration of architecture and color in the nocturnal atmosphere, a study of connection and interaction with the spaces we seldom see, a time associated with darkness and the forbidden.

key·stone /ˈkēˌstōn/ noun: a central stone at the summit of an arch, locking the whole together.
This is an ongoing exploration into what makes Pennsylvania. It’s people it’s landscape it’s history. This project has truly only just begun and here it’ll develop and change over time as I explore more and more of this states history and natural beauty.

I'm fascinated by the transience of a space, especially transportation hubs. Thousands, if not millions of people, simply passing through on their way from one place to another. Often times manipulating the space to suit their needs. Where are they going? What are they doing? What will happen to them later?

An homage to the earliest of photographic subjects; the street.

With a more journalistic fly-on-the-wall approach, I like to capture people and events as they are happening, without interfering with the moment. Guards are down, people as they are shine through.

Berlin, Maryland is a charming small coastal town just outside of the much busier and hectic Ocean City, Maryland. Not far is Assateague Island, a National Park that stretches from Maryland into Virginia. It feels like no mans land out there, on the OSV. Like you’re on the edge of the earth.
